In 2008, we created the MultiChoice 403(b) program for school districts and employees. We recognized a major void in the K-12 market as the environment and rules were changing due to the new 403(b) regulations handed down by the IRS. These new regulations inspired us to create a program that is transparent, low-cost, and easy for every employee to understand.
